"On Your Shore"

Lately, most of my paintings have begun as a demonstration of technique in a watercolor class.  This is one such painting.  It has no composition to speak of, and should be viewed strictly as the exercise it was intended to be: how to paint crashing waves at the ocean shore.  What makes this wave a success is the attention to shadow.  Watercolor. Framed to 11" x 14".  $200
